281 Plus Oil & Stain Resistant Penetrating Sealer is designed to provide both oil and water repellent properties to the most porous tile and stone surfaces, while leaving the treated surface looking natural and with minimal change in appearance. 281 Plus penetrates deep into the surface, dries clear and is non-yellowing. 281 Plus is breathable, allowing evaporation of trapped internal moisture, while still repelling external moisture. Treated surfaces resist dirt, animal soiling, cooking oils, grease and beverages, as well environmental damage, such as acid rain. Maximum water repellency and stain protection are achieved after 24 hours. 281 Plus is suitable for interior, exterior, vertical and horizontal surfaces.

Stone Saver is a revolutionary product designed to provide superior water and oil repellency to a variety of dense, porous and polished natural stone, clay and masonry surfaces. Stone Saver is water based for easy application and clean-up. Stone Saver dries clear, leaving the treated surface natural and unchanged in appearance. Stone Saver has no harsh solvents or fumes and is V.O.C. compliant, making it excellent for use in food service areas, patient care facilities or wherever the use of strong solvents is restricted or prohibited. Use Stone Saver to protect countertops, showers, floors and walls. Not for use on polished marble.  

Grout Sealer is a water-based product designed specifically to seal and protect all porous, sanded, unsanded, quarry grade and cement grout mixtures. Grout Sealer produces an invisible, protective barrier that helps repel cooking oils, grease, water, beverages, food and animal soiling while leaving the grout looking natural and unchanged in appearance. Grout Sealer does not contain harsh solvents or fumes, making it both safe and ideal for use by do-it-yourselfers and professionals. Dense Stone Impregnator (DSI) is designed to provide both oil and water repellency to the most dense polished natural stone and porcelain surfaces. DSI penetrates deep into the surface, leaving the treated surface natural and unchanged in appearance. DSI produces an invisible barrier that is non-yellowing, vapor permeable and provides long lasting protection that is easily maintained. DSI is suitable for interior, exterior, vertical and horizontal surfaces. Quick drying formula is easy to use.  

Hydro-Block WB Penetrating Sealer is a special blend of water based silicone resins designed to impart water repellency to a wide variety of porous natural stone, masonry and clay surfaces. Hydro-Block WB penetrates deep into the pores of the substrate, producing a highly repellent barrier, while leaving the surface natural and unchanged in appearance. Hydro-Block WB allows dampness trapped below the surface to evaporate, while still imparting a high degree of water repellency. Hydro-Block WB is a concentrate that mixes 1:1 with water. Hydro-Block WB is suitable for interior, exterior, vertical and horizontal applications. 

Penetrating Tile & Grout Sealer is a water based, siliconate designed to resist water based stains on porous clay, masonry and natural stone surfaces. Quick drying formula can be used 1 hour before grouting. PT&G Sealer allows moisture vapor transmission and is excellent for interior and exterior use. Can be used as a primer on porous clay tile before the application of acrylic finishes. Superior economical protection.  

281 Plus Enhancer is designed to provide both oil and water repellent properties to the most porous tile and stone surfaces, while brightening and enhancing the natural colors of the surface. 281 Plus Enhancer penetrates deep into the surface, dries clear, produces a slight sheen and is non-yellowing. Treated surfaces resist dirt, animal soiling, cooking oils, grease and beverages, as well environmental damage, such as acid rain. Maximum water repellency and stain protection are achieved after 24 hours. 281 Plus Enhancer is suitable for interior, exterior, vertical and horizontal surfaces.
